Rebecca brings over 15 years of business management, operations, human resources and recruiting experience for both the DOE, as well as the private sector industry. Her strong organizational ability, high attention to detail and sense of urgency has allowed her to successfully manage WesWorks’ business operations for multiple DOE contracts. Her strong interpersonal and client management skills ensure that both employees and clients are taken care of.
Jerry has over 40 years of project, project controls, and proposal development and management experience, including 29 years of nuclear facility experience at the DOE’s Savannah River Site and Hanford sites.
Since 2007, Jerry has managed and/or written complex proposals and supporting cost and schedule documents on various DOE, NASA, and DOD proposals. He has provided leadership and direction in execution of large-scale DOE projects in accordance with DOE O 413.3B and EIA-748 requirements. Jerry brings the technical understanding and organizational ability to ensure our clients obtain high-quality personnel that will deliver successful project execution in the field of project controls and finance.
Daniel brings nearly 20 years of project management, proposal management, engineering, and project controls (baseline management, estimating, and scheduling) experience. For the past 10 years, Daniel has excelled at proposal and baseline development and management in accordance with DOE O 413B and EIA-748 requirements for various DOE efforts. He has the technical understanding and organizational ability to ensure our client’s needs are met both from a technical and contracts management standpoint.
Ginny has over 10 years of experience in financial reporting, data analytics, forecasting, budgeting and financial operations. She has applied those skills across multiple industries, including transportation and banking, prior to joining WesWorks. Ginny has the ability to assess business partners’ needs and create efficient and effective solutions to aid decision making. Her strong blend of financial knowledge and interpersonal skills ensure WesWorks is operating seamlessly financially.
